女性阴道分泌物有异常气味或腥臭味，提示可能患有阴道炎。女性生殖道与外界相通，性生活时会有外来细菌、病毒或者其它病原微生物入侵，从而引起阴道炎发生。

女性常见的阴道炎包括外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(霉菌性阴道炎)、细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎等感染疾病，都可引起阴道分泌物出现异常气味，还可伴有外阴瘙痒等症状。细菌性阴道病的分泌物呈腥臭味，主要是由阴道内菌群环境失调导致加德纳菌、厌氧菌的异常增生，从而产生氨的腥臭味。建议到医院进行相关检查，取阴道分泌物进行病原体检测，从而确认感染的病原体，并得到彻底对症治疗。
